Over the main peaks of the Lower Tatra mountains along the European long distance hiking trail E8 to the mountain Kralova Hola and to Telgart
From the pass Donovaly the European primeval forest route runs over the main peaks of the Lower Tatra mountains. Following the long distance trail E8 you come to the peaks of Chopok (2.024m), Dumbier (2.046m) and Kralova Hola (1.946 m). Inside the preservation area of the nationalpark Lower Tatra extensive primeval forests are located at the northern and southern slopes of these mountains. In this part of the trail hikers rarely find accommodation, but some campsites. From the peak Kralova Hola you descend to the city of Telgart.
